I purchased a pair of Wilson SabrinaX speakers from Audio Excellence, and I must say that my experience with Adrian, Lewis, and the entire team has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into their store, I was greeted warmly and received personalized attention throughout my entire visit. They have a wide selection of high-quality audio equipment and their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The speakers I bought sound amazing and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Audio Excellence to anyone looking for top-notch audio gear.

Rude, pretentious, they completely embarrassed me in front of my family. I had been a long-time fan of their YouTube channel and was excited to visit their store. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was condescending and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They made snide remarks about my budget and made me feel like I didn't belong there. It was a humiliating experience that I will never forget. I do not recommend Audio Excellence.

Today I finally had the opportunity to visit Audio Excellence in Markham, Ontario and demo an excellent integrated amplifier. I knew going in that I would love the unit but I wasn't expecting anything more. But wow! I was totally blown away by the sound quality and the attention to detail in the setup. The staff at Audio Excellence were friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great listening experience. The store itself is well-designed and has a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Audio Excellence to any audio enthusiast.
