Purchased 2019 A4 from Audi Queensway, seems like this dealership only wants you to sign the paperwork and will totally forget about you after that. Had terrible encounter with numerous people. The car itself is fantastic to drive but in future I would recommend family and friends to look elsewhere for their Audi.
