Had to call in the morning (7am) to ask them to change my brother’s taxi pick up timing for 9am instead due to late start. The lady on the phone said “ you are calling with no route number so what do you want me to do”. …
What a joke this company is. Driver is always super early for the pick up times and misses students at our stop. So he's done his job fast and early...he gets paid regardless. Calling to complain is a waste, got spoken down to by some lady …
