Worst service I have ever received at an establishment. Will not accept a fabric that was bought 2 days ago WITH receipt and at no point in time during purchase did they mention it was final sale.

Staff are friendly , and most of the time will ask if you require assistance . Prices are decent . Rewards program is fantastic . This store is not good for the bank account though . My children and my husband help support the addiction to crafting though .

I spent $16 on 2 meters of plain fabric and realized when I got home that it wasn’t the right fabric. At no point did anyone tell me it was final sale. When I went to return it, untouched, the manager was extremely rude and implied I was lying, I left in tears. Just go to fabric vill not worth your money and time.
