Honestly Royale is one of the best retirement homes in Kingston. I say that because of our hardworking employees. The dedication towards our residents is something that makes me feel so proud of! No matter if it's the chefs, housekeepers, or nurses, they always go above and beyond to ensure the residents are well taken care of and happy. The staff truly make a difference in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for the residents.

Additionally, the quality of the food has been lacking and the portion sizes are small. The value for money is simply not there.
