I recently visited ArkTon Steel Inc. and was disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and were not very helpful. They did not have a good knowledge of the steel products they were selling and could not answer my questions. The atmosphere of the facility was average, nothing special. The steel products I purchased were of average quality, but I felt that I could have gotten a better value for my money elsewhere. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at ArkTon Steel Inc.
