I was told I would have an onsite visit on a specific day to receive a quote and they never followed up on the rendez-vous and then ignore your calls when you follow up. I guess they don't need my money.
Had an incredible experience dealing with the team at Arctic from start to finish. Highly professional individuals who know what they're doing as well as competitive pricing for quality and timely work. Will definitely be a repeat customer for any future needs I have that Arctic may be able to satisfy. Could not recommend them more.
