I requested quote on their website 10 days ago, no response. I called and left message on their voice services requesting estimate and said I'd already asked for help on Monday its now Thursday. I've called someone else. If they won't respond to request for business, can't imagine what the rest of their customer service is like.
Met with their estimator regarding the APM program and was explained the benefits of root zone fertilizer. I purchased the spring and winter fertilizer program and was very pleased with the new growth and health of the cedar hedges and shrubs.
I called two years ago; someone came out (it's been so long I forget his name) and was very prompt to have a look at what I needed done, they left and told me they would send a quote for the work I needed. I called a week after they left …
