We had a few unpleasant situations at this place. 1. We are a family of 6. I was away on an excursion and my wife took the kids to the aqua park with 3 other families. We had fully paid for our passes but we were not admitted because one of the family had a 3-year-old. Yes. sure. You can impose rules. But you can't change the rules in the middle of the game. We were already inside on a previous day 3 days back. My wife and kids came back without using any of their passes. They were also told that if they had a doctor's note (meaning the 3-year-old is a special needs child), then they would allow them in.
