Someone started this off nicely but it doesn't seem to be maintained well. The big slides were closed off. The bottom of the pool is peeling off. The round pool and the children's play area were cold.

I will give this place the lowest ranking because of the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff, there is hint of racism towards non-white. Our families are always stopped and not given passes on one pretext or other. Management should take notice of it and educate staff in diversity and inclusion.

We had fully paid for our passes but we were not admitted because one of the family had a 3-year-old. Yes. sure. You can impose rules. But you can't change the rules in the middle of the game. We were already inside on a previous day 3 days back. My wife and kids came back without using any of their passes. They were also told that if they had a doctor's note (meaning the 3-year-old is a special needs child), then they would allow them in.
