Extremely rude and unprofessional. Looking for a replacement part but was told it was not worth his time to serve me because he had plenty of customers already plus other very disturbing opinions. Never in my 70years of life to face such a unhappy and nasty service provider. He might be happier to spend his time in a retirement home.
