I'm so disappointed in this pharmacy. I'm the mother of a little girl with disabilities who was recently diagnosed with Epilepsy. We pay extra toward benefits to cover her medications but it turns out her specific seizure meds weren't fully covered. The staff at Amherstburg Pharmacy did nothing to help us find a solution or offer any alternatives. It seems like they just wanted us to pay out of pocket. We had to switch pharmacies to get the medication covered. I expected better customer service from a pharmacy that claims to specialize in compounding and wellness.
Driver of their delivery vehicle of their blue Chevrolet Spark should consider no longer driving. I've seen them driving recklessly and speeding on multiple occasions. It's concerning that a pharmacy would employ someone who is so careless on the road. I hope they address this issue.
Best pharmacy in town! I have been a patient at Amherstburg Pharmacy for almost 8 years and they have always provided exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain any instructions for my medications. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
