The follow up care by the front desk staff is terrible. Never answer the phone. I have been leaving messages for 2 weeks to get a refill of meds for my dog. They phone me back stating they would get back to me regarding delivery and never called back. My dog is now going through Prednisone withdrawal. Not impressed.
