I've been a tenant here for about 6 years. Overall I'd rate my experience 4 stars because the employees you deal with day to day (maintenance, housekeeping) are all fantastic. They clearly care about their work and the well being of the tenants. Management could do a better job. They've been difficult to deal with on a few occasions.

My experience with Varsity Properties has been nothing but top notch. The buildings are great and renovated which is a nice change of pace, especially compared to the average student housing. I especially enjoy the fact that staff are friendly and responsive. The amenities are also amazing, with a pool and gym available for use. Overall, I would highly recommend living here.
