This is literally my very first google review and feel very compelled to leave this review. This place has THE WORST service, they care very little for their patients and have proved this on several occasions. The office manager, Jessica, is one of the most rude, unprofessional and ignorant people I have ever dealt with. I have had multiple issues with getting prescriptions filled, having my calls returned and even getting the correct information from their office staff. I have had to escalate my complaints to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario as well as the Ministry of Health. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was told the last time I went in to come back in 3 months after finishing the medication I was given but I'm having problems and Apparently I can no longer see the doctor because my referral was up. Why would they tell me to come in 3 months if I couldn't see the doctor? The receptionist could not help and didn't care but she said that Cindy would be able to help me. Cindy never called; I had to call daily and was finally told I could come in but not see my doctor, instead I would see someone else. I find it ridiculous that I have to wait and see someone new. Also, I live out of town and I have to drive 2 hours to get there. I wish the receptionist would have let me know that I would have to wait over a month to see someone else, then maybe hurt it from the girl I left a message for.

Even when I've moved outside the city I don't mind the drive just to get a good Dr. This lady makes me feel comfortable and I trust her..everyone else seems to complain but I personally really like this clinic and the staff!!!
