Despicable checking experience.
Unbieveable bad service. You are a number and that's it. I have had issue after issue with Alaska, they are cheap, but there is obviously no care with this airline.
Horrible customer service. They make you feel like a burden and don't take the time to address your concerns.
I was disappointed with the value for money. The prices seemed reasonable at first, but then they added on fees for everything. By the time I was done, I paid more than I would have on a different airline.
The wait time and reservations process was a nightmare. The lines were long and the staff were not organized. It took forever to get checked in and on the plane.
