Exchanged a Argon tank, took it home and the valve leaked like crazy. They do not QC their tanks. The customer service line is a nightmare. You cant get a hold of the actual location you deal with. The line is always busy. They put you on hold for >40 min per call. In the end they say just bring the tank back and well exchange after the long 40 minutes waiting just to be told to bring it back.!

This company is a mess. The customer service is terrible and they don't even pick up the phone. The prices are way too high and I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Don't waste your time or money with Air Liquide.

I had a horrible experience with Air Liquide Welding gas supplier. They delivered the wrong gas and when I called to complain, I couldn't get through to anyone. I had to go to their office in person just to get a refund. I will never use them again.

The customer service at Air Liquide is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks and they never answer the phone. When I finally did get through, they were rude and unhelpful. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with Air Liquide Welding gas supplier. They charged me for a year lease without my permission and when I tried to dispute it, they were not helpful at all. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never use this company again.

I have been trying to reach Air Liquide Welding gas supplier for days and I can never get through. Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried calling the location I dealt with and they put me on hold for over an hour each time. It's ridiculous. I will never use this company again.
