Probably the worst lounge I’ve ever been to. Nothing works and it’s dirty. Food is mediocre and you should not trust the food allergy labeling because some of them were clearly wrong. The flight status board was a joke, as is the airline overall. Over half of flights were delayed or cancelled. Do better, Air Canada.
The lounge was very busy when we were there. Staff were quick to replenish the food and drinks. The selection was decent and the hot dishes were tasty. The alcohol was the best part of you knew how to mix your cocktails.
