Brand new facility looks amazing.

Unreliable. 1) It closes at 11:45 on Saturday. Why?!? 2) When you show up to the place at 11:30 it will likely be closed. Just say you close at 11:00 instead of lying about your hours.

Not a person in sight, no signs to indicate where to go. I waited in front of the entrance door, knocked on the window, went around a second time, stopped at the office (closed), tried the various doors again, phoned to ask for assistance. All to no avail. I left after having driven 30 minutes each way.
