My mother spent 4 and 1/2 months in this place. Food was served cold more often than not. Workers had to be constantly asked to change her. The rooms were dirty and had bad smells most of the time. We were told when my mother arrived she was going to be in with other women but she was put in with men instead which is not a big deal but we were still informed by the staff. When we made a complaint we were told that open communication was one of their core values. That is a joke. It is just upsetting. Right now there are currently only 2 residents on her entire wing and no ppe is being worn by the staff. Absolutely unacceptable in a pandemic. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put your loved ones here. I wish I had read the reviews before this happened. It is a beautiful building but that is it.
