Horribly mismanaged, health and safety violation in abundance and employees don't care about quality of work
Worst experience ever
Horribly mismanaged. The lab is always in disarray, with equipment scattered everywhere and no clear organization system. This makes it difficult to find what you need and slows down the entire process.
Health and safety violations are rampant at this lab. I've witnessed a number of incidents where employees were not wearing the proper protective gear or were handling hazardous materials incorrectly. It's concerning and shows a lack of regard for the well-being of the staff and clients.
The employees at this lab do not seem to care about the quality of their work. I've received numerous inaccurate test results and had to deal with delays due to mistakes made by the staff. It's frustrating and unreliable.
My overall experience with this lab has been terrible. The lack of organization and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their work. I would not recommend using them for any testing needs.
The facilities are outdated and in need of renovation. The equipment is old and unreliable, which affects the accuracy of the tests. Additionally, the lab lacks proper amenities for clients, such as comfortable seating and a clean waiting area.
