In the market for 5 new sleds but after talking to friends and family, they don't respond to emails, messages or anything! They cant give a price on trade ins and won't bother selling a sled. Will take my business elsewhere. Get your stuff together!!!!!!

They were willing to take back the bike and fix any issues. Overall, the customer service and staff were great.
