Only employee was a Canadian Karen. Walked in to book a zip line tour and was accused of theft after only being in the store for one minute. Never experienced such disgusting treatment in any shop in any of my travels anywhere. Would give 0 stars if possible

Great place to borrow a free toboggan for kids to use in the kids snow space. Out 2 yea old loved it :)

Terrible!! I booked 3 activities with Activity Central Whistler in March 2020, unfortunately due to Covid they all got cancelled. since then, I've been trying to get the refund for all 3 activities. They failed to respond to my calls and emails. It's been over a year now and I still haven't received my refund. Very disappointing.

We had a fantastic experience at Activity Central Whistler. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a whitewater rafting tour and it was so much fun. The guide was experienced and made the trip enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend!
The equipment for the ski rental was in great condition and the prices were reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us find the right gear. Will definitely rent from them again on our next visit to Whistler.
I had a horrible experience at this place. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I tried to book a snowmobile tour and they gave me incorrect information. When I arrived for the tour, I was told that I needed to bring my own helmet, which they never mentioned. They refused to refund my money and were very unapologetic. Avoid this place!

I had a terrible experience with Activity Central Whistler. I booked a snowboarding lesson for my son and they gave us the wrong meeting location. We ended up missing the lesson and they refused to refund our money. The customer service was terrible and they were not willing to help fix the situation. Avoid this place at all costs!
We had a great time renting bikes from Activity Central Whistler. The bikes were in good condition and we were able to explore the trails around Whistler. The staff was friendly and helped us with route suggestions. Will definitely rent bikes from them again.
Activity Central Whistler is a great place for adventure sports. We booked a bungee jumping experience and it was thrilling. The staff made sure we felt safe and had a great time. Highly recommend!
The staff at Activity Central Whistler was very friendly and helpful. We booked a horseback riding tour and it was a great experience. The horses were well-trained and the scenery was beautiful. Will definitely come back!
