Highly recommend! The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. My husband couldn’t figure out what was wrong with his Traxxas when it stopped working and the guy (I forgot his name) fixed it right on. And of course we have to buy the needed broken parts, no problem! Excellent customer service.
The customer service, if you can even call it that, is beyond poor. I’ve gone in to this store many times, spent lots of money, for the sole reason of them having what I need. As far as finding it? You’re on your own. Any questions are met …
