Very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Had the part for a kenmore that we had been looking for for ages in stock. And it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. It's definitely the best place to go for parts and service.

I am sew happy they were able to repair the broken machine I purchased. Aaaand SEWrry mom, I can hem my own pants. I'm an adult now!! I definitely recommend this business if you needle it'll help. Luke out
