Horrible experience, I don't recommend this company at all! Why? I had a big duffel sent from Vancouver to Prague. I had to bring it to the drop-off location which was quite inconvenient and the staff was very unhelpful. The package ended up getting lost in transit and it took weeks to resolve the issue.
