Bought a BMX from 3ride because it was the best price I could find. A week later it arrived from across the country destroyed. Spokes snapped, hub bent, crank scuffed down the the metal. 3ride responded to my emails after business hours and sent a replacement immediately, even before I had a chance to ship the original one back.
Great place to shop staff, very knowledgeable, bent over backwards to accommodate me prices equal to or slightly better than what I have found shopping online purchase the new Aventon Adventure 2 they assembled the bike set everything up, runs like a charm. Love the bike. Thanks again for the great service
Completely amazed and happy , even when I had concerns of late shipment as we have parcel theives really bad include the people that deliver steal packages . 3ride stayed on top and kept me posted and up to date Completely professional will buy again from them .
